LEADERSHIP
EFFECTIVENESS
In A Changing Environment
(16
hour program)
There are two types
of people--
those who suffer from change and
those who profit from change.

Leadership 2000 requires more than knowing what to do and
how to do it. Modern leadership means taking responsibility
for what is going on around you and involving others in the
process. It is imperative that leaders be skilled in the practiced
management issues. These skills support others in their quest
to profit from their natural human desires towards:
Being
Creative -- Solving problems using imagination
and/or ingenuity
Being
Productive -- Putting problem solving solutions
to work
Providing
Service -- Helping others solve their problems
Being
Rewarded for the Services Provided -- The greater
the services the greater the rewards

Target
audiences include:
Middle Level Managers and Veteran Supervisors.
